Boscov's allowed me to shop mask free all of 2020 with a medical condition. 3 weeks ago I attempted to shop as always and was verbally attacked loudly by a woman who asked what my condition was and if I had proof (both against the law), threatening to call security and have me thrown out. I asked for a manager and he came and told me I have to leave too very loudly and rudely. He also told me I would have to try on shoes at home! Really? This manager had on a mask two sizes two small. They both could have been nice and quiet about it, but choose to make an example of me. I filed a report with the ADA. I will never spend another dime on this company again. This is America, land of the free, not home dictatorship China. Customer service is everything regardles of a customers condition.
IF YOU WANT TO USE A PROMO CODE YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO YOU MUST HAVE A BOSCOV'S CREDIT CARD! AND WAS ALSO TOLD IF I SIGNED UP I WOULD ALSO RECIEVE $20.00 OFF A PURCHASE OF $100.00, BUT THEY DIDN'T TELL YOU THAT YOU MUST USE THIS COUPON WITHIN THERE STORE AND I LIVE ON THE OTHER END OF THE COUNTRY! SO IT'S JUST A SCAM! I AM NOT SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY WHO WOULD RATHER TAKE ADVATAGE OF CUSTOMERS WHO WOULD LIKE TO GET A GOOD DEAL AND WOULD COME BACK TO THE ONLINE STORE BECAUSE THEY HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE IN WHICH I DIDN'T SO ALL I CAN SAY IS ONLINE SHOPPERS WHO DON'T HAVE A BOSCOV CREDIT CARD YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE A PROMO CODE! & IF YOU DO SIGN UP FOR A CREDIT CARD AND DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE NEAR A BOSCOV'S STORE AND THERE IS A OFFER TO SPEND $100.00 AND GET $20.00 OFF YOU MAY AS WELL FORGET IT! IT'S JUST A SCAM!
I spent over 50 dollars on a item that said in stock. 6 days later they email me they don't have it so they are canceling my order.It's been a month and no refund. They are telling me to take it up with my bank.It was a reloadable green dot card from HR block. Even their records on HR Block website show no refund. You put money on it and spend it online it is not attached to my my bank account that's why I use it online. I have gotten refunds with it before.It only took a couple hours to re appear on my card. They made a mistake or they flat out stole my money. Either way I'm out over 50 bucks. First and last time I shop there
Sick of the "Mart" store? Go to Boscov's. I am addicted to their curtain department! Huge selection! Cheap prices make it a winner! I am always surprised that the store is no mobbed! It has high-end and economy choices for everything! A big and tall shop for men that can't be beat! And did I mention the prices? Unbelievable. The only "department" that is not represented is hardware and tools. Furniture and mattresses, clothes and shoes. And did I mention curtains? GO THERE! You will not be disappointed! I am a retiree and my only regret is that they are not closer
Purchased item online and came late not what it looked like when rec'd. Wanted to send it back there is not address anywhere on website to return. Did not have a packing slip with item. You have to be inconvenienced t go to the box store and wait on line there. Not closed to my town so gas tolls and time. Horribe. That's why it won't be around in 2 years. Don't buy online
Awful customer service. It was only after I placed my online order that I learned I would not have my presents for Christmas. No options for more expedited delivery. Offered curbside pickup, but every item. I attempted it was unavailable. Spent 3 hours on hold on their customer service line so I could either change delivery or cancel, only to be told by the lady on the phone that she did not handle that department. This store is simply awful and stuck in a brick and mortar prior century - - the 19th Century, and will be gone like the 5&10 Woolworth and A&P stores. Don't waste your money there.
Do not deal with these people!
Boscovs does not return phone calls or properly answer any emails and address any situation instead you get computer generated emails and responses and then when you get your item it's broken and you get a packing slip telling you that you have to pay to return any items nowhere does it say anything about damaged items that WONT CLOSE AS THEY WERE POORLY PACKAGED and they damaged and sent me a Barbie case for my granddaughter that will not close she cannot carry it the dolls in the clothes will fall out this looks like dollar store garbage and I paid 1599+ $10 shipping for this crap!
What I bought was complete garbage and I'm sorry I dealt with this company I never will again if you're smart you'll stay away from them!
A sad non customer oriented experience.
Take the float of YOUR MONEY for approximately 10 days and do not deliver on paid for items.
Not what MR. BOSCOV had in mind as a business model, I presume.

Yes. I have no Christmas presents for my family and no ability to cancel the order and go elsewhere.

Has a good selection but service is awful, antiquated and appears to be grossly understaffed.
